Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at email@example.com to let us know and return the item back within 7 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you a refund within 30 days from the day you had given notice of your cancellation.

The item(s) must be sent back in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, they must be packaged well and sent back using a registered delivery service, please keep the receipt in case of loss or damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items returned in a re-saleable condition.
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you unfortunately damage can happen from time to time.
If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please inspect the item as soon as the item is delivered and contact us immediately to inform us of the damage, quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage. We will organise a collection of the item to be returned to our premises for inspection for such damage. Should we agree that the item is damaged we will ensure you receive a full refund, including a refund of all delivery charges. If we do not accept that the item is damaged, then we will notify you and return the item to you at your cost.
